" Cinderella said to Snow White how does love get so off course, Snow? All I wanted was a white knight with a good heart, soft touch, fast horse, ride me off into the sunset, baby I'm forever yours."
"To understand the creation story you must think of a work of art. Think of the Sitine chapel, or Venus de Milo, or Beethoven's fifth, or of Sarah Brightman and Andre Bocelli singing, 'Time to say Goodbye'. Creation itself is a great work of art, and all works after it are echoes of the original. How it unfolded and where it reached it's climax are mysteries worth unveiling.....God has a beauty to unveil. A beauty that is captivating and powerfully redemptive." --Captivating
"You, (Lord) desire truth in the innermost being. And in the hidden part you will make me know wisdom." --Psalms 51:6
Life was been totally crazy these days--as usual-- crazier still now that Justin just got his permit.
but recently we had a ministry called Children of the World come our church like they do every year, and it's basically a bunch of kids ages about from 7 to 12 from all different parts of the world and they perform on Sunday, singing with choreography. It's really cool. They do this so that they can earn money to go back to their country and get a good education so they don't end up dirt poor like their parents. All the kids are from disadvantaged homes or are orphans and they are sooo sweet. Every year when they come they stay with different families in the church for a few days while they're here.
We had two stay with us and they were adorable. Mong and Saijo. They played pranks and cracked up at our expressions. One wore this mischeivious grin whenever he'd done something. We enjoyed having them so much. What really stood out was these little kids' hearts for God and their relationships with each other. We learned alot from them while they were here, because even coming from homes like theirs, they were so excited about life.
